JESSE WINDOW IN MEMORY OF MARY HACCHE THAIN, SISTER OF REV W.T.A. RADFORD.
This window, at the West end of the North aisle, depicts the "Tree of Jesse" which shows how Christ is descended from Jesse of Bethlehem, the father of King David.
Mary Thain lived in Canada after her marriage. She died in Exeter in 1886 and is buried in Down St Mary. The window is by Clayton and Bell.
